Demco Energy and Utility Company Limited
Engaging in the production and installation of steel structures, high pressure container, pressuring piping system, mechanical equipment and civil construction business including various types of pressuring piping system.
About Demco Energy and Utility Company Limited (currently renamed to Demco Industry Company Limited on April 7, 2021), in accordance with the resolution of the Board of Directors Meeting No. 8/2007 held on October 24, 2007, it had approved the Company to invest in JPM Inter Company Limited (currently renamed to Demco Energy and Utility Company Limited), which engages in the business of production and installation of steel structures, high pressure container, pressuring piping system and mechanical equipment in the proportion of 45.0 percent of the paid-up capital by investing on January 15, 2008 and the resolution of the Board of Directors Meeting no. 3/2009 held on April 9, 2009 passed a resolution to increase the investment in Demco Energy and Utility Company Limited to a total of 65 percent of registered capital, in which both investments came out the totaling amount of 64 million baht.
Subsequently, the Board of Directors passed a resolution No. 5/2013 held on May 28, 2013 to increase investment in Demco Energy and Utility Company Limited by 100 percent. At present, Demco Energy and Utility Company Limited has registered capital of 260 million baht, paid-up capital is 190 million baht. The company is engaged in the construction of civil works and various types of pressuring piping system.
Demco Power Company Limited
Demco Power Company Limited, with a registered capital of 130 million baht. The Company holds 100% of the shares. The Company has transferred the steel structure business used in the construction of high voltage transmission towers and telecommunication towers to Demco Power Company Limited as the resolutions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No. 1/2012 held on October 17, 2012.
As of December 31, 2013, the company has called up all paid-up capital of 130 million baht. According to the minutes of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders No. 2/2015, dated 20 August 2015, with a unanimous resolution approving to increase the company's registered capital by 70 million baht from 130 million baht, totaling a registered capital of 200 million baht. The company registered the capital increase in 24 August 2015.
Demco De Lao Company Limited
Demco De Lao Company Limited, according to the resolution of the Board of Directors Meeting No. 3/2014 held on April 3, 2014, approved the Company to perform feasibility study of the water supply concession project in Luang Prabang, Laos PDR to launch the Company’s business expanding to neighboring countries having stable political situations.
And the resolution of the Board of Directors Meeting No. 6/2014 held on June 19, 2014 approved the Company to establish Demco De Lao Company Limited with a registered capital of US $ 0.3 million, with Demco Public Company Limited holding 90 percent and Lao businessmen holding 10 percent. During the year 2015, Demco De Lao Company Limited registered capital was increased from the original 0.30 million US dollars to 19.50 million US dollars by receiving payment of shares in the amount of 323.27 million baht, as part of Demco Public Company Limited in the amount of 290.93 million baht.
Frasers Property Demco Power 6 Company Limited
The Company entered into an investment in accordance with the resolution of the Board of Directors No. 10/2013 held on November 13, 2013 with the objective to produce electricity by using solar energy on the rooftop (Solar Rooftop) distributed to the Metropolitan Electricity Authority and Provincial Electricity Authority with power generating capacity of 0.248 megawatt.
Frasers Property Demco Power 11 Company Limited
The Company entered into an investment in accordance with the resolution of the Board of Directors No. 10/2013 held on November 13, 2013 with the objective to produce electricity by using solar energy on the rooftop (Solar Rooftop) distributed to the Metropolitan Electricity Authority and Provincial Electricity Authority with power generating capacity of 0.165 megawatt.
Demco Power 15 Company Limited
The Company entered into an investment in accordance with the resolution of the Board of Directors No. 10/2013 held on November 13, 2013 with the objective to produce electricity by using solar energy on the rooftop (Solar Rooftop) distributed to the Metropolitan Electricity Authority and Provincial Electricity Authority with power generating capacity of 0.269 megawatt.

The Company invested 45.71% in this company in accordance with the resolution of the Board of Directors No. 11/2013 held on December 6, 2013
Mekhong Green Power Company Limited
Engage in business of electricity generating and distributing by using solar power (Solar Farm) with a capacity of 0.998 megawatt. The project location is at Nong Khai province. The Company invested 45.71% in this company in accordance with the resolution of the Board of Directors No. 11/2013 held on December 6, 2013.
