Dividend Policy
The Company has transparent dividend payment guidelines in order to protect the interests of shareholders. Therefore, the dividend payment policy has been organized follows:
The Company and Subsidiaries have a policy to pay dividends at the rate of not less than 40% of net profit after tax and legal reserve.
In this regard, the Board of Directors has the authorization to consider any case of necessity for non-compliance with the said policy or change the policy from time to time which is under the condition that such decision must be made for the maximum benefits of the shareholders, such as a reserve for loan repayment, an investment to expand or operate the business of the Company or in the case of changing market conditions which possible affect the cash flow of the Company in the future.
In the past, the Company considered paying dividends to shareholders not less than 40% of net profit after tax and legal reserve and other reserves specified in the contract condition.
